How it all Began.

Melinda has been delivering movement re-education in the Pilates industry for over 15 years, During this time she witnessed her clients physically rehabilitated but unable to shift the energetics of their ailments. Or simply unable to move on from their injuries. This lead to a curiosity around where ailments, injuries and restrictions come from. She came to the understanding, we have all the answers, we just need to ask ourselves the questions that lead us to follow the pathways.

For example:

How does it feel in your body?  

Where does that feeling come from? 

When was the first time you felt this? 

What events were around you at the time?

Are all relevant when we are addressing the body. If you believe the body-mind-soul connection to be true, then your answers are all there in your innate body knowledge.

You just need to ask yourself: How do you feel now? And, How did you feel then ? The two times will likely mirror your feelings.

Physical symptoms appear when we ignore subtle feelings.

What Stories do you tell yourself about your past? Or your family's heritage?

All stories and beliefs are just that.

You can change your stories and your beliefs.

If we can be honest with our thoughts, where no one is listening but our body, we can start to live with honesty throughout our lives. We invite you to become curious with your mind, bring awareness to you thoughts and the stories attached to them and ask yourself; is that story true? Authenticity is cultivated from within. We are here to encourage you to discover your authenticity and live your truest life.

We know every movement cant be executed like a ballerina, so weโ€™re not going to single you out and correct you, we believe in honouring where your body is today.
